Natural beauty in the big city.

The Legendary Hawthorne Court was built in 1922 in a prime location of the Jackson Heights Historic Landmark district. Hawthorne Court is made up of 14 buildings with seven on each side of 76th Street and 77th Street.  Each building is 5 stories high and has 10 apartments, 2 per floor. These buildings surround a magnificent, block long garden. This apartment is nestled inside the Hawthorne Court community with southern facing views from the third floor into the lush interior garden. The garden forms a central place for community with weekend play among children, families and neighbors as well as planned social events throughout the year like an Easter Egg hunt, October-Fest, Christmas Caroling and more.  Hawthorne Court is considered one of the most coveted co-ops in Jackson Heights in no small part due to its garden.  See more photos of the beautiful diversity of flowers, plants and fun at the Hawthorne Court Garden Instagram.
